Recruitment Solution Features:

The site system enables job seekers to register their details and attach their CV. Job seekers must register and set up an account in order to be able to register their details and CV. In order to keep their account active, keeping their details and CV live on the site search feature, they must log on to their account at least once a week.

Portal Solution - Overview

Companies wishing to have access to the bank of CV's must subscribe to the site, registering their details and paying the subscription fee of ……… per annum. Once registered the company will be able to search through the bank of CV's at any time (only being able to find CV's where job seeker have kept their account active, ie logged on that week.

Registered companies have the ability to set up vacancy requirements within their account. Vacancy requirements operate as follows, they will set up a vacancy, if there are job seeker whose details match the companies vacancy requirement the company will be emailed the details of all matching job seekers including CV attachment (one CV per email).

Companies posting vacancies onto the system also have the option for the job adverts to be posted within the vacancies area on the site or not posted on the site and just receive registered job seekers details via email.

Stand Alone Solution - Overview

Prime's Recruitment Solution is a valuable addition to any corporate recruitment companies' web strategy.

The site system enables job seekers or recruitment administrators to register applicant details and attach their CV via the website. Job seekers or recruitment administrators must register and set up individual Job seeker accounts in order to be able to register details and CV. In order to keep Job seeker accounts active, keeping their details and CV live on the site search feature, the jobseeker account mush be accessed on a administrator defined periodic basis.

The system allows authorised internal administrators to set up vacancy requirements through an online web based administration panel. Vacancy requirements operate as follows, once set up on the system, if there are job seeker whose details match the companies vacancy requirement you will be emailed the details of all matching job seekers including CV attachment (one CV per email).

Administrators posting vacancies onto the system also have the option for the job adverts to be posted within the vacancies area on the site or not posted on the site and just receive registered job seekers details via email.
